Refund & Returns Policy Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the day you made the purchase, we are unable to issue you a full refund or exchange.
We stand behind the quality of our product. If you do not like the product for any reason (within 30 days), please contact us to return it. You will receive a credit for the full purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account first. Refunds usually take 2-5 business days to process. If you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us right away.
Your product will ship via UPS Ground. During the summer months, due to excessive heat, we will expedite shipping (free of charge) due to the nature of our heat-sensitive product. Additionally, you may choose to expedite shipping at check-out if you need your order sooner.

Should you need to mail your product back to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
